Colonic Hydrotherapy treatments are included in our Detox Retreat to help remove toxins and stagnant waste from the colon. It involves the infusion of gravity fed purified water into the colon through a small tube. The gentle flow of water loosens impacted fecal matter that has built up on the walls of the colon which is expelled from the body via the rectum.

We invite you to get involved in our interactive 'cooking' class on our Raw Food Retreat where you will learn how to make simple, delicious raw meals the entire family will love. We make an amazing three course meal then sit down to enjoy it! You will be given the recipes to all the meals made on the retreat to take home with you to share with loved ones.
Yoga unites the mind, body and soul. It focuses on the body and breath and aims to develop control over them by moving the body into various postures (asanas) as well as through breath work (pranayama). Yoga promotes a feeling of peace and calm whilst improving our balance, strength and flexibility. Yoga is a vehicle for personal growth and development and is suitable for people of all ages and ability.
Our surf lessons are fun and full of lots of laughs. You will surf the beautiful beaches of Byron with our qualified instructors who will have you standing up on your first lesson! Our Surf Retreat is designed for all surfing abilities although we mostly cater for beginner to intermediate levels. Transport, surfboards and wetsuits are all provided and we will take some photos to catch you in action to show your friends back home!
