We require a 50% deposit of the full retreat price upon registration to secure your place.
The balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the retreat start date.
Payment options include credit card, Pay Pal, Electronic Funds Transfer or cheque.
If for any reason you have to cancel your booking you must do so at least one month prior to the retreat start date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than a month's notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee (unless you have a medical emergency or an unforeseen circumstance arises).
If you need to cancel but would still like to come on a future retreat you have the option of transferring your deposit over to a retreat of a later date, as long as it is within a 6 month period.
