This delicious dairy free tart is great as a snack or for
dessert with coconut yoghurt or ice cream and is super
easy to make!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups granola
4 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp almond flour
150g melted dairy free dark chocolate
punnet fresh strawberries
pinch pink/sea salt
METHOD:
Mix the granola, maple syrup, almond flour and salt together into a dough.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Press the dough flat onto the paper into the shape of a circle.
Bake at 180 C (375 F) for 15-20 min until just browned and slightly crunchy.
Allow to cool then drizzle with melted chocolate.
Decorate with slices of fresh strawberries then devour!!🍓🍓
