I was suffering from obesity, high cholesterol and insulin resistance. My doctor told me I needed to lose some weight and change my diet and lifestyle quickly! A friend suggested this retreat as they specialise in detoxification as well as putting a lot of emphasis on educating you on a healthy diet and lifestyle. I have learnt so much valuable information and have lost 10 kilos in the last two weeks. I'm now feeling energised and motivated to continue my new diet and lifestyle which I'm thoroughly enjoying!

"I've just returned from a 4 day yoga & surf retreat with three girlfriends. What an absolutely amazing experience!
Kirsten is a fantastic host, chef, yoga teacher and massage therapist and made us all feel incredibly relaxed and at home from the moment we arrived.
Our accommodation at Wategos was sublime...just a stone's throw from my favourite beach in Byron.
We were delighted that the schedule included plenty of free time for exploring, visiting the markets, lighthouse walks, and coffee stops.
Our surf instructor Jonny was brilliant and the food was beautiful - fresh, healthy, innovative, and plentiful.
